Agastthya, B.A., is the director of SreeYogakshetra and a certified yoga instructor with over 18 years of dedicated yoga practice and more than 2 years of teaching experience. He specializes in hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, pranayama, and kids yoga, helping individuals of all ages improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In addition to his expertise in traditional yoga disciplines, Agastthya is also a certified aerial yoga instructor.
